opc60-0409 Cann't install HP OpenView OVOA, opc60-0409 error

reason:

Snmp not running。

resolve:

1）check the snmp is running or no，

agent#ps –ef | grep snmp

2）if not running,then do：

agent#/usr/sbin/ snmpdm

3)check the snmp is running

4)then you can start installing OVOA.
